Welcome to MobileSpot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (mobilespot.in) and the washing machine and refrigerator repair services we provide in Bangalore. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

MobileSpot provides repair, installation, and maintenance services for washing machines, refrigerators, and related home appliances. Service availability is subject to your location, appliance type, technician availability, and the availability of spare parts.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website's booking form.
• We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time, but timings are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, address, and appliance information.

3. Inspection & Pricing

• A visit and inspection fee may apply and, where applicable, is adjusted against the final repair cost.
• After diagnosis, we provide an upfront quote. Repair work begins only after you approve the estimate.
• All prices are indicative until confirmed after inspection. Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before further work.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of service. Applicable taxes may be added to the final amount.

5. Warranty

• Eligible repairs are covered by a service warranty of 90 days on the specific parts replaced and the labour performed, unless stated otherwise.
• The warranty applies only to the specific fault repaired and does not cover new or unrelated issues.
• The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with, serviced by a third party, misused, or damaged after our service.

6. Spare Parts

We use genuine or brand-compatible spare parts. Replaced faulty parts may be retained or disposed of by MobileSpot unless you request otherwise at the time of service.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us in advance. Repeated no-shows or cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a visit charge.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the appliance and a suitable working environment.
• Ensure someone aged 18 or above is present during the service visit.
• Back up or remove valuables and food items from the appliance where relevant.

9. Limitation of Liability

MobileSpot is not liable for pre-existing faults, damage arising from the age or condition of the appliance, or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of MobileSpot and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
